This rack is focused on concepts and doctrine from which the defense enterprise (especially the services) determine their force structure requirements.

This shelf focuses on the processes associated with the development of concepts and doctrine that drives structure decisions (and also spills over into modernization — see Aisle M). The inclusion of actual unclassified concepts and doctrine is for the purposes of examining the intellectual energy and processes associated with their production, not in the concepts themselves.
