This rack is intended for materials related to the global strategic environment within which the defense enterprise operates, specifically those matters affected the abilities of the defense enterprise to develop capabilities or provide trained and ready forces to the combatant commanders. On initial go, the majority of materials here relate specifically to China-US industrial issues but many other topics should be included. This rack is a stub — please help us with more materials!
