Resources on this rack address matters regarding the utilization of personnel during their military service — after on-boarding and credentialing through to separation or retirement. This is the crux of any talent management program, whereby members are provided pathways and opportunities to gain experience. This also differentiates from development and evaluation programs that are deliberate efforts to coach and mentor members throughout their careers (and beyond). 

Also included are resources regarding misutilization or overutilization, symptomatic of either workplace climate issues or force structure inadequacies.
